A singer songwriter and producer from St. Louis, reppin Chicago, comes with mellow tunes with strong yet innocent quality in her music. Her lyrics are a breath of fresh air as they harbor real emotion relatable as her words sooths your ears! Breathe in this tune and let the playlist bleed into Phases, her EP project released earlier this year that is a daydream.
It would be hard to say you have not heard of Chai Tulani if you frequent local music acts in Chicago. The man has been making moves left and right and making his music known. Born in Kenya and raised in Chicago, he started releasing mixtapes in 2013 with Visions of Zion, joining this burst of artists from the local areas. Tulani introduces his brand of Soul Hop music for Chicago to indulge in, creating more diversity in the music renaissance.
This year has been especially significant as he brings more audiences to his shows with newer music to perform! Between shows at Sub T, Emporium, the Metro and local festivals like Pilsen and TIP, fans flock to the stage to hear tracks like All The Way which is coupled with a music video feauture Ridley Victoria, and his most recent release Pulse.
